A six-month executive programme for graduates and working professionals who intend to become business consultants — built jointly by KNUST, E4Impact Foundation and ALTIS Graduate School of Business (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore), and supported by the European Union.
The Business Analysis and Consulting programme (BAC) trains brilliant graduates and working professionals to become certified business consultants for start-ups, SMEs and large companies across Ghana's business ecosystem — able to combine economic profitability with social and environmental impact.
Participants build a working toolkit for diagnosing business challenges, running strategic workshops, developing growth and financing strategies, and applying digital and AI tools to consulting practice. Learning is anchored in a live field project: a real consultancy assignment carried out in groups of three to five, mentored by Ghanaian faculty and senior consultants, from week one through to a final Consultancy Business Plan.
BAC is built for graduates and professionals who already have work experience and a clear intention: to practice as a business consultant.
Selection is based on curriculum vitae (CV), academic transcripts, and a personal interview where required. Enrolment is only available for the full programme — single boot camps cannot be taken separately.
| Degree Held | Years of Work Experience |
|---|---|
| Bachelor's Degree | 5 years |

Every boot camp is built around a practical capability, not a topic to memorise.
Diagnose business challenges and corporate problems with structured tools.
Think strategically and solve problems under real business constraints.
Run advanced financial analysis to support sound decision-making.
Facilitate workshops and brainstorms that produce alternative paths forward.
Apply advanced tools for digital transformation, including AI in consulting.
Define growth, marketing, repositioning, restructuring and diversification strategies.
Translate business diagnosis and analysis into actionable business plans and multi-year financial forecasts.
Deliver an end-to-end consultancy project that diagnoses a real business challenge, analyses its root causes and recommends implementation roadmaps.
Each module runs as a contact-training weekend followed by synchronous online sessions — 22 hours per course, 110 hours across the programme.
Acquire strategic tools to assess the health state and business opportunities of a company.
Design and implement corporate growth strategies for expanding companies.
Support SMEs in establishing effective and flexible corporate governance.
Build financial forecasts and financing strategies for growth.
Learn how to deliver excellent consulting services, end to end.
Groups finalise and present their consultancy Business Plan for assessment.
At the end of the programme, an optional business trip may be organised to Italy or Kenya — roughly a week, giving participants first-hand exposure to international business environments.
Travel, accommodation, meals and on-site activities are covered by participants.
The certification opens roles across consulting, growth-stage business, and impact-oriented finance.
Graduates who complete all requirements receive the International Executive Certification in Business Analysis and Consulting, awarded by E4IMPACT-ALTIS — E4Impact Foundation and ALTIS, Graduate School of Business and Society at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Certification requires a minimum of 75% attendance across scheduled training hours.
Selection is based on your CV, academic transcripts, and — where needed — a short interview. Seats are limited to 30 per class.
